Who we are
Mortgage Kraft is the business name of Jay Shah, Licensed Mortgage Broker (Lic. #M22002236), brokering through Affinity Mortgage Solutions Inc., Brokerage #13093. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
Information you give us through forms, calls and email, such as your name, contact details, income, employment, assets, debts and property details, plus basic website usage data collected with your consent.
Why we collect it
To answer your questions, assess your mortgage options, submit applications to lenders and insurers you approve, meet regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations, and, with your consent, send you relevant updates.
Sharing
We share your information only with lenders, mortgage insurers, credit bureaus, appraisers, lawyers and service providers needed to arrange your mortgage, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent
By submitting a form you consent to us contacting you about your request. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing jay@mortgagekraft.ca, subject to legal and contractual limits.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as required by FSRA and other laws, and protect them with reasonable physical, electronic and administrative safeguards.
